We were put in a position where we had to find a place to live and find it quickly. We really wanted to buy a home because up until five years ago we owned our own home. We wanted to stay in one particular area because we take care of five of our grandchildren who are all in school. We had very little money to work with, and we needed room enough for our five grandchildren. It was almost an impossible task, but Keith stuck with us all of the way. We finally found a place we felt we could afford, however there were many problems we had to overcome. With Keith's help we finally got moved in. The above address is where I used to live in Clark County . Until I met Keith Doyle, over the telephone, I was lost when it came to trying to sell my home. I had my home listed with one of the many for sale by owner websites, and I also listed my home on Craig’s List every other day as well. I did this for a 9 month period of time and had no success. The people that came to view my home were no more than “Lookie Lou’s” - These are people who want to buy a home but are not qualified. I even listed my home with 3 other local real estate agents and they could not sell my home for the life of them. All these realtors did was to list my home at the price that I wanted in order to break even, and not at a price that would sell in the current down market. I bought my home 2 years ago when the market was over inflated and reached its peak. This is where Keith Doyle of Universal Realty comes in – Keith Doyle saw my ad on Craig’s List and said he had a client that wanted to see my home. I had a friend let Keith and his clients into the home since I had relocated to another city. My friend told me that Keith was the most professional realtor that he has come across in Las Vegas . Keith was polite, well dressed and an all around genuinely honest person. I immediately listed my home with Keith Doyle in November 2006 – real estates slowest season. Within 1 ½ months I had 2 offers on my house and I closed by February 2007. This whole painless process took no more than 2 ½ months total time. Keith turned a nightmare into a dream. He took care of the whole sales process from contract signing, title company issues, inspection issues, and he even handled the walk through. Keith then called to thank me for the business after the new people had moved in. I would definitely recommend Keith Doyle to anyone looking to sell or buy property in Las Vegas . He will get the job done since the real estate business is his one and only career.
